Rhonda Grizzell, Store Manager, Erlanger, KY

Rhonda Grizzell is the manager of our Erlanger, KY, store. She joined Carpetland after owning and operating her own flooring business for 22 years. Her extensive knowledge of all types of flooring is a great advantage to her customers and her staff of salespeople. But she says the greatest advantages she strives to offer are a great experience for her customers. “It has always been important to me to give customers a good product they love, and that meets their needs, at a fair price.”

Lorna Dobbling, Store Manager, Milford

Lorna Dobbling is a Sales and Design Consultant based at the Milford, OH., store. She joined the company in 1993 after working as a visual merchandise design manager for a major department store and attending the DAAP Program at the University of Cincinnati. Regardless of the budget on a job, Lorna enjoys helping her customers find just the right look and product, using her many years of design and flooring experience.
